Arv Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 First off, my brother doesn't bass fish anymore, he's straight flyfishing now, so I get all his old tackle, boxes, bags, etc. which has turned out to be a very nice addition for no money. Then 2 BPS PQ's, a Phenix M1, some other lures and terminal tackle, and my brother is also building me a custom casting rod on a Batson blank for worms and jigs. I've been very blessed this year. bassinbrian Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 My first zombie rod, though it didn't make it before Christmas, ordered it a bit late Quote

Super User Goose52 Posted December 25, 2012 Super User Posted December 25, 2012 Well, I was hoping to find a bass under the tree this morning. Wasn't there so since I still have soft water, looks like I'm going to have to hit a lake or two today and see if I can get one..... Quote

Matthew Veillion Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Well so far from my dad ive gotten a citicag7, anda 2nd gen revo s display model (only 59.9 at academy) and he will buy me a rod for the citica, i wasnt supposed to get the revo but it was so cheap and it only has a couple scratches and its smooth as my citica Quote
wnybassman Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Typically, my wife and I don't buy each other anything for Christmas, but do take advantage of the sales during the couple months leading up until Christmas and just buy ourselves what we want. This year she bought herself a front load washing machine like she has wanted for years. Yeah, I know, but she really likes it. I bought myself a Vexilar 7" color underwater camera. I have been talking about getting a camera for years and it just seemed like the right time (not to mention the right deal). From my dad, I got a pressure washer, which will be great for late season fishing trips to blow the road grime/salt off my boat and trailer. Quote
