I see most people have either flukes or an jig.. Both are pretty versatile baits.. Both of which I haven't used much in my time of fishing.. I'm surprised no one said any buzzbaits, or an go to spinnerbait

I mentioned my go to spinner, I have allot of confidence in it. Assassinator Pro Clacker. Google it and buy the white chartreuse with one gold and one chrome blade, its awesome.

KVD 2.5 squarebill crankbait in bluegill color.

As far as the 2 rods Id bring one spinning rod with 8lb test mono

and a baitcaster spooled with 14lb flouro.

And if i could sneak one more in it would be a big 1 ounce Rooster Tail. Silver body and silver blade. Anything that swims will bite those. Ive caught bass, cats, carp, bluegill, crappie, musky, pike and pickeral.

I guess everyone's 4 lures are more based on their confidence with them. I personally bring 60 baits on every trip, and probably only throw 4. Not because I don't think my others can catch fish, I just gave more confidence in these..

1 oz rooster tail?! How long is that? I've thrown Mepps #5 's ad caught bluegill to my friend getting an 40inch musky on it.
