For cold water (letting it suspend for 30 seconds or longer by a piece of cover) the XCaliber XS4.

For the more traditional "twitch-twitch-pause" thing, XRap.

The Lucky Craft Staysee & Pointers are probably the best looking/preforming suspending jerkbaits in my tackle box.  However my best fish catching jerk bait is a BPS XPS suspending jerkbait.  Go figure.   :-?

I'm going to go against the grain a little, I really like the Wild Shiner in spring.

Husky jerks and Xraps through the year.

I have one Strike King Wild Shiner in a Chrome Baby Bass color that 's scratched up because it's caught a lot of fish and Strike King probably doesn't have the most durable finishes, there is something about this particular one that really calls in the bass.
