quanjig Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Biggest of the day, caught 6 total today and lost a hammer at the boat! It was a beautiful, fun day. Last spot could have filled the boat if I had some more time!! 4.6 on the hand held scale! 1 Quote

quanjig Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 Actually Mike, there were quite a few boats out yesterday, probably about a dozen or so!! Lake ridge is still open as well as people out of bull run and hooes. Quote
mudkart Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Actually Mike, there were quite a few boats out yesterday, probably about a dozen or so!! Lake ridge is still open as well as people out of bull run and hooes. I was wondering if Hooes was going to be busy with the mild weather. Just know I'm fishing vicariously through these reports until my boat is finished. Quote
quanjig Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 Ha! What is the estimated time of completion for the boat?! Quote
mudkart Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Ha! What is the estimated time of completion for the boat?! 8-10 hrs to get it water worthy, but it would still be unfinished (the front deck has not yet been touched). The OB fired right up last week in a test tank, so its ready. The trouble is finding that amount of free time that is daylight! Quote
Bigbarge50 Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 no good short days hurt production and fishing time Quote
Super User Nitrofreak Posted December 7, 2012 Super User Posted December 7, 2012 Quan, I am super excited and can not wait for morning to get here, your feedback has ment a lot to a good amount of anglers and I for one have enjoyed reading and taking advantage of a lot of the things you have had to say on this forum. Tomorrow should be an interesting day and a day I am sure I will not forget, this will be a new experience and a new body of water and a great opportunity to expand and learn. I can not thank you enough for the chance to get on the waters you fish and have some fun !!!! See you in the morning sir !!! 1 Quote
