The one that got away Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Any Boardwalk Empire fans here? I've been watching since the very beginning. Looking forward to the Season 3 finale tonight. Should be pretty bloody. I'm betting Rosetti's going down. Quote
Super User Gone_Phishin Posted December 3, 2012 Super User Posted December 3, 2012 I am a big fan as well. I'm glad that Harrow didn't catch a slug. It was a great season, and I can't wait for the forth installment! Quote
Super User clayton86 Posted December 3, 2012 Super User Posted December 3, 2012 Haven't heard of it I may have to start watching it sounds good. I just finished catching up and finishing all 3 seasons of Spartacus. Quote

It was a great season, and I can't wait for the forth installment! I was also glad to see Harrow still alive. But I thought it would have been cool if Van Alden came to AC with Capone. It would have been interesting to see him working on the same side as Thompson. It's funny how no one has a clue about what we're talking about unless they've seen the entire series. Think Sopranos, but set during the Prohibition Era and with probably even more violence. Awesome show if you're into that kind of stuff. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted December 3, 2012 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 3, 2012 Been watching since the beginning. Looking forward to seeing how things pan out with Capone. I will DVR it tonight because I want to watch MNF. Quote

Awesome show if you're into that kind of stuff. Never thought about the Van Alden angle...that would have been pretty sweet. I am surprised there aren't more members watching this show. I am my dad's caregiver, and as similar as we are, we butt heads a lot. That said, we always huddle around the tube together on Sunday evenings...Mondays as well if the Pack is the Sunday night game, and we have to DVR Boardwalk. So what's the deal with Jimmy's mom? Did she survive the hot shot? Also, I am a little unclear about Lucky. Is he only free because the cops were Masseria's men? Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted December 4, 2012 Super User Posted December 4, 2012 I think this show is better than the Sopranos. Great ending to the season. Can't wait for next! Quote
