Now off to go google what a Ned rig is! I actually thought that was a typo when he said 'ned rig'. Go figure. Seems like it would catch a lot of fish. I might have to pick up some jig heads and give this a try. http://everything-smallmouth.com/ned-rig-fishing/ Quote

I might have to pick up some jig heads and give this a try. I googled it too and found some pretty interesting stuff on it as well. It does seem like it would slay fish. Unfortunately, I live in south Louisiana so it's uses would be super limited for me with the exposed hook. Still, a cool little rig and a great fish taken with it! http://everything-smallmouth.com/ned-rig-fishing/ Quote
