Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted December 26, 2012 Global Moderator Posted December 26, 2012 Got my package in the mail a few days ago Bocabasser. It was a struggle but managed to keep myself from opening it until this morning He obviously did his research and got me some great baits. The slender pointer will get lots of use this spring, as will the Ninja spin and the swim jig. Not sure what brand the jig is but it looks very nice. Excited to use the swimbait, just got permission to fish a private lake with tons of docks and no shad so I'm sure this bluegill colored swimbait run along the edge of the docks will catch some little piggies. I just got a dedicated frog/slop rod so the frog will be a nice addition too. Quote

The jig is from a company called "yank em" and they have been producing some amazing fish for me of late, and I can honestly say they are the best jigs i have ever used! The ninja spin is a spinner bait that gambler used to make. The pointer, well, it speaks for itself. I hope you catch many fish brother. Enjoy! Quote

TheKingFisher Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Looking through these pics of all the loot was a blast. I saw the original post for the exchange but wasn't quite sure what it was, but I'll be trying to get in on it this year. I've always said there's too much tackle out there to cover it all by yourself. That's not to say many of us aren't trying! I think a big part of what makes the exchange cool is the prospect of getting stuff that you may not have thought of or even gotten to. Of course vino is always a good gift too! Congrats everyone on what looks to be a great exchange. Count me in for 2013! Quote
