Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted December 1, 2012 Super User Posted December 1, 2012 So when I started hitting the gym 8 weeks ago I was weighing in at 315. I am currently 268. Ive cut all soft drinks and most sugars out of my diet completely. Othrrwise Im still eating the same as before with the exception of a TON more protein. Ill start dieting on my cut in four weeks time. In which case i should drop around 25 to 30 lbs. At least in theory. Muscle mass has increased slowly up until the last 2 weeks when it all out exploded. Fat loss has been up and down mostly up. My definition has improved as well as my already stellar flexibility. My upper body size has improved as well. Legs have gotten stronger and much more powerful. Im loving the mess out of this. Im starting to look and feel so much better. Supplements. Im currently taking D-Aspartic Acid stacked with Vitrix to increase test production and cut fat. Cre a core as a pre and post work out. And A-AKG powder to get that amazing nitric oxide pump that I love so much. As well as a double serving of protein powder every morning. Smoking. Ive been so busy between work, family, and gym that I javent really had time to even do it. I enjoyed it, but im enjoying not doing it even more. Funny how that works isnt it? Well until next time. Peace out. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted December 1, 2012 Super User Posted December 1, 2012 Nice job man. Hope you can stick with it and reach your goals. btw - seeing definition at 268 - that's intense. A-Jay Quote
Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted December 1, 2012 Author Super User Posted December 1, 2012 Thanks guys. I still got a ways to go. Im hoping to get to about 240 or 230 weight wise. Least that is the plan for right now. I get a body comp done when I have my physical in two weeks time so I can get a better idea of where I want to be muscle wise with body fat percentage. I really and truely had forgotten how much I love going to the gym. Its therapeutic to me and hitting the sauna afterwards is the most relaxing thing in the world. Quote

Super User clayton86 Posted December 1, 2012 Super User Posted December 1, 2012 No alpha T1 raider? I'm still on it just opened the last bottle before the off phase for a month. Quote
Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted December 1, 2012 Author Super User Posted December 1, 2012 No alpha T1 raider? I'm still on it just opened the last bottle before the off phase for a month. Im bulking on the cheap. One of my old high school friends opened a supplement store. So im trying the stuff he sales. Plus I get money off and free stuff. I might start back on the alpha on my next bulk. If you hit a plateau with the alpha, or wanna triple its affect stack it with daa. That stuff is insane when stacked with other test boosters Quote
Super User clayton86 Posted December 1, 2012 Super User Posted December 1, 2012 Might try once home were gearing up to gtfo our replacements showed up yesterday with more coming over the next few days. Once this bottle is done in 2 weeks im taking a break while I hunt and spend time with the kids getting my divorce in order. Once done then I'll go back probably around new years Quote

Once done then I'll go back probably around new years Do time on equals time off. Youll get better results and wont build up a tolerance to it. It shouldnt require any maintenance supplements because its non hormonal. If you start getting ANY form of side effects when you get off of it, msg me and ill get you some stuff to fix that. Quote
Super User clayton86 Posted December 1, 2012 Super User Posted December 1, 2012 Iv been doing 3 on 1 off months that is Quote
Super User retiredbosn Posted December 3, 2012 Super User Posted December 3, 2012 Six feet one and a half inches. You must be built like a buddy of mine, we are both 6' 2" he weighs in around 280 and me around 230. He is a mechanic and a bull, I've seen him move small engines and pick up transmissions alone. I have no doubt you are showing definition at 270, congrats Quote

Believe me, its way better to just stay in great shape, than to wait until you are old and semi-worn out (like me ) and then to try to get back into good shape ! Peace, Fish Quote

Super User Sam Posted December 5, 2012 Super User Posted December 5, 2012 Congrats for the weight loss. Keep up the good work. I have dropped from 216 down to 185 and still working to get to 175. Not easy. But eating the same as you other than a Hershey milk chocolate bar now and then. I feel great and I can see my feet!!! I also try to swim 30 to 40 minutes each day which is helping with the weight control. Want to hit my goal by the LSU-Clepson game so I can enjoy an oyster loaf and soft drink during the game. Quote
Fish Chris Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 Hey Sam, swimming is fantastic for cardio ! Low impact, high results ! That candy bar every now and again is fine too > if your not a recovering food addict like I am. But if you are not already, I'd also suggest a little resistence training thrown in, to mix things up. It's kind of funny, some people love cardio, and hate weightlifting.... Then you have guys like me, who love weightlifting, and really don't care too much for cardio...... at least actually "doing it", although I usually feel great afterwards. But the reality is, everybody needs at least a little of both cardio, and resistence training. These things just work together in the most beneficial ways.... Peace, Fish 1 Quote

Peace, Fish I fall into the hate cardio love lifting. Same thing I hate actually doing cardio but once done feel great. This past month alone Iv done the army 10miler and now half marathon as well hated the thought of it till a little into it then felt great. I'm still weak for food I eat a slice of cheese cake like every other day lol but still holding at 175 no mater what I eat or do in the gym or on the road for cardio. This past february I was 207lbs I'm at 175 and holding steady now. I put up almost 3 times as much weight as when I started. Shoulders are my favorite to work on and where I showed the biggest improvement. In April I could only dumb bell shoulder press 35lbs 8 times for three sets it was pathetic now I'm at 100lb dumb bells 6 times for 3 sets with 80 and 90lb warm up sets for 5 total sets. On the hammer strength isolation shoulder press machine I'm at 2 45lb plates per side plus a 25lb plate per side. Now legs and cardio are in the same category hate doing it but feel good after wards till I try to walk a few days later and then I feel and look like a old cripple. Quote
