Super User 00 mod Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 Too much TV, not enough lady! Jeff Quote
tipptruck1 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 I had no clue people watch tv out side. I would rather have a nice tv in side. When I go out side tv is the last thing on my mind. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted November 30, 2012 BassResource.com Administrator Posted November 30, 2012 Why? I mean, it's impressive and cool. But... Why? Quote
Traveler2586 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Well, I'll have to say the technology is impressive. This would be very suited to the small towns/villages/communities I've visited in third world countries where they have outdoor TV's for the people that can't afford their own. With that said, I doubt the towns could ever afford one of these. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 A drive-in theater without the car.....cool. Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 A mini jumbotron. Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 Here's a little something to go with the outdoor television. $100,000 Heritage Hen Mini Farm from Neiman Marcus Quote
shootermcbob Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Robert, I figured you had one of those already! Quote
Super User slonezp Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 I know where my Powerball winnings are going. 1 Quote
Super User J Francho Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 The sound probably isn't so great outside, but the screen (actually, the four screens) is cool. Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 I wonder if birds would fly into it??? Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted November 30, 2012 Author Super User Posted November 30, 2012 That would suck if birds flew into it. I'm sure the repair bill would be costly, to say the least. I think the technology is cool (even during the day picture is bright) and, for someone who watches tv and has more money than sense it would be a cool gadget to have. I personally could think of a much better way to spend $650,000. Quote
Traveler2586 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 "I personally could think of a much better way to spend $650,000. " That wouldn't have anything to do with fishing would it?? Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted November 30, 2012 Author Super User Posted November 30, 2012 With a spare $650,000, I'd buy this. and this. Quote
scrutch Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 If you had a neighbor you didn't like you could leave it on all day and night playing reruns of the Lawrence Welk Show. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted November 30, 2012 Super User Posted November 30, 2012 If Rhino was his neighbor he'd be sitting on the lawn with a bowl of popcorn and some Metamucil If you had a neighbor you didn't like you could leave it on all day and night playing reruns of the Lawrence Welk Show. 1 Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted December 1, 2012 Super User Posted December 1, 2012 I think it's pretty cool. You could have some killer Monday nite football parties outside. Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted December 1, 2012 Author Super User Posted December 1, 2012 True. All it would take is one of my drunk knucklehead pals to throw their beer on the screen for it to go dark. Quote
Traveler2586 Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 That TV looks like it would be great at pool side, they said it's water proof Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted December 2, 2012 Super User Posted December 2, 2012 If Rhino was his neighbor he'd be sitting on the lawn with a bowl of popcorn and some Metamucil At least I've never called you a woman, like another poster has. "And your right, there are millions of women out there, but are they all the same ? For example - is there anyone just like slonezp - I say there is not." Quote
Super User slonezp Posted December 2, 2012 Super User Posted December 2, 2012 Maybe I am a woman Quote
Traveler2586 Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Maybe I am a woman That would explain a few things Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted December 2, 2012 Super User Posted December 2, 2012 That would explain a few things I disagree. It would explain many things. Quote
unionman Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Thats freaking awesome. That would totally change game day parties. Everyone could be outside instead of dirtying up the house. Smokers wouldnt miss a play. Same thing for ufc fights. The guy whos out tending the grill wouldnt miss a single punch! I love it. Quote
