Someone on my local Kijiji is selling a St Croix legend tournament 7'1 mh fast casting rod. Apparently only used once and " the cork is clean"

Initially he posted 180 for it that was last month, I asked him what his bottom line was and he responded 150.

What do you think?

Warranty is always concern for me when buying used, I dont know if I would be covered if it were to break

Yes it will be covered by st.croix. one of the best customer services in the market. i used to own that rod. One of my least favorite in the legend line extreamly tip heavy. The 73 was less so than the 71. Aside from it being just uncomfirtable to fish with it is msde well and has a really great action tk it. You msy like it though. Put your reel on it and just find out. 150 is a good deal.

That's a really nice rod for almost $100 off, I'd go for it.

Take a look at the St. Croix bargain room right now..........they have a legend tournament bass 6'6" MHF for $120. Not sure if you need the 7' but you can get a brand new rod for cheaper if the shorter length works for you....

I bought this rod from the bargain room. Very, very nice. I've only used it a few times (weather is really going downhill here in upstate NY), but I like it very much. And you simply can't beat the price.
