scrutch Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 I actually got up and walked out of this one... Cloud Atlas. Starring Tom hanks and Halle berry. My wife tricked me into seeing it because it had Halle Berry in it. Even that couldn't get me to sit all the way through this one. I actually had thoughts of trying to get my money back by telling the theatre I found a booger on my armrest! I feel like I've been robbed. Puke. Don't waste your time. Quote
Super User Tuckahoe Joe Posted November 19, 2012 Super User Posted November 19, 2012 Sounds like something my girlfriend would try and drag me to. Forget that though. When we go out, I pick the movie. Im not wasting my money on crap. On a side note, my Uncle walked out of Fight Club. Hes like anti-violence, anti-swearing, anti-sex, anti-anything offensive and somehow my cousin and little brother talked him into taking them to see it when they were about 12 years old. I think they said he made them leave at the part where they had the guy in the bathroom and threatened to take his balls. Quote
Zoff Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Apparently you never saw "They Live" Longest and saddest fight scene ever... http://www.youtube.c...ed/4-MVMbm6c0k Quote

Super User Bankbeater Posted November 19, 2012 Super User Posted November 19, 2012 I guess you haven't had to sit through a made for TV movie on the Disney Channel. I cringe when my daughter comes into the room holding the TV remote. Quote
Zoff Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Try watching the Hanna Montana movie with a 10 year old. Arrrrrgggggggg! Quote
Super User Sam Posted November 22, 2012 Super User Posted November 22, 2012 Emma. I moaned all the way through it to the chagrin of my wife who loved it. Pure torture. Quote
Clint C. Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 That sucks, I'm a big Tom Hanks fan =( Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted November 25, 2012 Super User Posted November 25, 2012 Gigli Featuring Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck one would think you couldn’t go too wrong. Not so. Gigli was pretty close to being the biggest box office bomb ever, costing $54 million to produce and bringing in only $6 million. A-Jay Quote
Super User tomustang Posted November 25, 2012 Super User Posted November 25, 2012 Thanks for the heads up with cloud atlas. Have to add my two cents and say Leonard Part 6 Quote

Phish Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 Another one to the list: Big Fish. Im glad I fell asleep, it was TERRIBLE What the?! That's a fantastic movie, from one of the greatest directors and a great screenwriter. Burton plus August = gold.A few I've seen recently that were just awful: Love Guru (and I'm a huge hockey fan) Bucky LarsonGrown Ups (in my top 10 worst ever) Quote
