I am looking for a new flipping rod. Now that St. Croix is having a Christmas promotion, I was going to get a Legend Tournament 7'6" MH Mod. Fast Pitchin' rod along with another rod I decided on. I was wondering if anyone has this rod and what they think of it. I would also like to know if the rod would balance well with a curado 200e7. Thanks a lot.

I had that rod in the older full grip version, I wish I didn't sell it. It was a very versatile rod, besides being an excellant pitching stick, it also made a great c-rig rod, and, beleive it or not, a great rod for ripping crankbaits out of grass. I even fished frogs on it too. Your making me seriously think about buying another one LOL.

If you buy two or more St. Croix rods from Nov. 15-December 31st valuing $230 or more you get a free rage rod. I attached the promo.

I have that rod with an E7 on it and it is a great rod. It's very light and easy to fish with and extremely sensitive. I fish everything from 1/4oz T-rigged plastics to 3/4oz football jigs with no problem on it. I've never fished a C-rig with it because I have th 7' 3" C-rig model too but I'm positive it would have no problem doing that or fishing a frog or big spinnerbait.

Once again thanks a lot for the help. I'm definitely gonna get that rod.
