I've got the 1.5 in blue gill. They also make "neon blue gill" which looks good too.

I have had really good success with that color as well in the silent version. The only thing is that after a good bit of use the front treble moving back and forth wears the paint away in a semi circle pattern where the hook contacts the body of the bait .....hasn't stopped me from catching any fish as of yet but it does look weird.

Cranks like that are usually the best ones. Comes from fighting fish rubbing one side of the trebles against it. I LOVE TO SEE THAT ON A PLUG :eyebrows:

I cant wait to pick some up!

Picked up 3 today at Bass Pro (1.5 and 2.00)......$7.88 closeout! Never tried the bluegill pattern before, but since they had it, I picked one up. I've been having a great time catching them on the 1.5 DD copper model. Bass are hanging close to sunken logs in 4-5 feet of water.

I keep returning to the clearance rack.....several .05s, 1.5's are scarce, 2.00, and 3.5's. They don't advertise them since there are only maybe 50 baits left.

Cheapest prices I've ever seen.

Neon Bluegill, Natural Bream and Natural Pumpkinseed are killer colors in this bait. I think the last 2 are BPS exclusive but they are awesome.

I like the pumpkinseed color in the KVD 1.5 too, they crush that thing. I've got a couple of the LC RC 1.5's in a bluegill color that works really well also.

I have that same one and its an awesome bait. Bluegill is the primary forage around here and now in the fall since they've been fattening up on gills they've been crushing that. I've had it for a while, paints worn, bill is chipped, and it still catches lots of fish, size and numbers.

I need to give the KVD 1.5 a try. My go-to is a Norman Fat Boy, Red Ear pattern.

I saw you holdin' that Piggy on what looked like a 2.5? in Chart/ black back. I throw the same color along with Gizzard and Green Gizzard shad in the 1.5 model and catch quality fish all day long. I have actually done better with the 1.5 than the 2.5. Give em a shot, they might earn a spot right next to those Normans. :gun:

Ive been using a silent Square bill crank from the 70s , yellow , orange and green , I guess its bluegill color. The bass hit it aggressively. A few times the bass come charging from a distance. Its been by far , my most productive crankbait the past two years. Its so old its new.

I picked up these lures from an antique store for .50 each.

Its the second from the bottom
