Again one persons trash is gold to the other.   The same could be said about me.  I can't use a spinner bait and catch fish others here probally could throw just the wire and the hook and forget the blades and skirt and still can catch fish.  But seeing how I can't seem to connect when fishing them wouldn't mean I shouldn't be fishing.

You know I would love to hear what baits some of the pros can't stand to fish. I think that would be interesting to hear.

I would say any bait that's heavy and wears you out, like deep diving cranks or big spinnerbaits. Using casting tackle with somewhat heavier line helps with that though, and those lures catch bass for me. Jerkbaits, both hard and soft, leave my wrists sore at the end of the day but I catch so many fish on them I am usually always using them for part of the day.

Mine is a buzzbait. Not b/c i can't catch anything its just when me and the old man get to fish together we have a freindly wager about most fish caught. He uses two lures buzzbait and a t-rigged 8" paddle tail. He beats me when he uses that stupid buzzbait everytime.

I have 2- spinnerbait and drop shot. If the water is right, i'll throw a blade, but I don't have much confidence.

On the drop shot, I just don't like ultra finesse fishing.
