There are always calls that can go both ways and are open to interpretation but an offisdes call is pretty cut and dry and from the replays i saw he looked to be lined up offsides in the first place.

Good 2nd half though and hopefully in my lifetime i get ot see the Eagles get to another big game

You got plenty of time.....but then again....we are talking about the Eagles here LOL !!!

J/K,  I think if the off season goes well for you guy's you could be one of those suprise teams, but it depends on the changes, far too many need to be made in one season, but you have a good core so I believe you will be like the Skins the past two years, a few growing pains in the begining but I think you should do a 500 season this season, but we will see come the draft and where all the cards fall, so buck up !!

It's always good to have hope !!! in some cases thats all we have LOL !!!

They should be thinking of who the want to give up to get alex smith

I am eternally optimistic and never think the eagles are going to lose :)  They really need to blow up the defense and start over in my mind.  Keep a few key players and trade the rest away for draft picks or known players on the upswing.  I also am curious who they draft but my hunch (and hope) is they trade the pick and ge a bunch of draft picks in return.

He couldn't do anything as a Cowboy under his other AKA, what makes you think he would even make a good Cheif LMAO !!!

But then again..........

Congrats MCS, you must have been pretty jacked at the end of that game!

Thanks, yeah it went from nerves to relief in seconds lol. I knew the red zone D was awesome all year but the way gore and Colin ran it down their with 4 plays I thought odds were in their favor. I am happiest about Ed Reed, he is my favorite raven all time. To see him get that pick and a ring in his home town was great.

BAAAAHAHAHA !!!

They want to upgrade and be successful here lets try to keep that in mind ok LOL !!!

Players they should be looking at are going to have to be required to tackle at some point in their career or at the very least get dirty something I don't think either of those posers have ever done.

In informal "wagering" with friends and co-workers I have been 100 percent wrong. I have picked every single game wrong. I'd have been better off flipping a coin.

I intend to guarantee a San Fran win and pick the Ravens to win, in a close, low scoring defensive battle.

As an aside to your one hundred percent wrong.  You cannot be any "wronger" than that unless you experience what happened when my wife and I visited some friends in Lexington, KY.

They took us to opening day at Keeneland.  The first time my wife or I had been to a track.  We ate Burgoo (sp?) stew, watched as they warmed up the horses before each race, and did everything we could to soak up the local atmosphere.

Finally there was a race that only had five entries.  So Donald proposed that we each pick a different horse and place a two dollar bet on that horse, which we did.  Wouldn't you know it, we picked the four losers.  The fifth, and unchosen horse won the race.

Anybody read Whitlocks article. Liked it very much especially what he said about the harbaugh bros, ray and Joe.

So let me ask u this fellas would Joe be a 20 million per yr investment if he were on your team?

No I have not read the artical yet and yes he would be worth that much BUT only as long as he keeps producng the way he has been, he has been sharp for quite some time, I see no difference in the way he has been playing for the past 3 years, just straight up tallent, it was obvious they were going to make it at some point in time with him, but at the same time, I saw the same QB in the SB that I have seen in the past 3 years.

I don't expect to see him improving much unless he gets another weapon that can scoot down field and catch the ball, they need another Boldin but with speed.

I don't think he is worth 20M a year but as we all know NFL contracts are pretty varied and it really depends on how much of that cash is guaranteed money.

  • Super User

Yeah I just think what he wants he isn't worth that. Not yet. He has to play a whole year like he did this post season. It is gonna take too much money away from making the team better. They cannot afford any more weapons for him to throw to.

I dont think he is worth top 5 pay. He isnt a top 5QB. But he will get alot of money. He is a 5th year player who has won several playoff games and just won a SB and SB MVP. His agent will play the fact that Flacco could get more money from any of the teams that neeed a QB.

Torrey smith needs to figure out how to run better routs, and make big time catches.

How many balls did he get sunday, granted he was doubled most of the day.

Pitta dropped a spot on pass too.

I think it would be awesome if they did let him walk, trade for alex smith LOL Stick that in his pipe.

Baltimore sun is reporting chip Kelly is in talks with Dennis Dixon. His practice squad contract with the ravens has expired. Looks like u got a new 3rd string QB at least he comes with a championship pedigree.

Flacco will be in Baltimore at least one more year and if Baltimore slaps the franchise tag on him they will probably save some money and then sign him long term mid year. I have a feeling he is going to have big head syndrome though given when asked he said yeah I am a raven for life but you never know what will happen.

And that jags logo isn't that bad, how would you feel,if you were a New Orleans hornets fan and now they change entirely to the New Orleans pelicans, that is a reason to change teams :)
