WOW, Atlanta looking good right now, not suprising, but they are wearing on a tired Seattle defense, good game so far to watch.

Yeah, Atlanta is playing great. I kinda figured the Seahawks were gonna show up. Same prediction for the next game, though! Wooooooo Hooooooooo!

Right. Can't believe how the last half of this game went down, though.

UNBELIEVABLE !!!

What a game that was, I thought for sure Seattle was gonna take it in the 2nd half, Congrats to Atlanta and good luck in their quest for a ring, now it's on to the Pats, I almost can't wait for this one with the way things are going this weekend.

Was out fishing but saw the updates....wow. And good thing I am not a sports bettor because any money I would have made wild card weekend would now be gone.....

Don't discount the Ravens just yet. They might have some young talent that will take up the slack on defense. The wildcard really is their offense. Flacco is flaky, and so their defense is hot/cold.

Atlanta looks good, but they always seem to find ways to lose in the playoffs.

Giants have a lot of offensive weapons. They have a stacked deck. They have a shot of making it all the way.

Pats might make it. They have a shot of winning their division, and they're a seasoned team that knows what it takes to make it to the big show.

49'rs looked good until this weekend. They got stomped on at their home turf. That smells like inconsistency to me.

Seahawks have a shot at winning their division, or making it in as a wildcard. But making it all the way to the big show? Probably not.

Broncos? Nope. Monday Night just showed they could beat a very poorly coached SD team (Turner is lucky to still have a job). That said, the AFC West is very weak. Denver might make the playoffs simply because they'll lose the least.

It's hard to say, with the way parity is in the NFL is now. It's really going to come down to who remains healthy and who peaks towards the end of the season.

Well, I wasn't too far off, now was I?  I missed on the Giants, but so did pretty much everyone else.  Other than that, my predictions were fairly spot on.

So who is going to the Super Bowl?

Looks like San Fran is giving 3 points and New England is giving anywhere from 7-9 points.

I want to see San Fran Baltimore but not quite sure who I will actually pick to win. I don't think the cheatriots will blow out Baltimore though.

I'd like to see the Harbaugh Bowl. I don't have an opinion on the patriots except that they are always a great team, but I'd like to see Ray Lewis finish his career in a Super Bowl. And as a panthers fan, I can't stand the.whiny falcons. So...lets go San Fran and Baltimore!

As for who is actually going to go...who knows.. All four teams played good this weekend...all of them have solid momentum and they are obviously all hard to beat.

I think your going to get your wish, however, numbers don't mean squat in the playoffs, this season is dang sure proof of that, I feel the Ravens can handle the Pats with the way their new offense is up and running, with a couple of key injuries last night for the Pats it could have been bad,  Bill has got most likely the most tallented roster in football, there is so much depth on that team it seems nothing slows them down.

But on the other hand the Texans were able to run and drive the football on the Pats, I think had they done a little better in the red zone they would have kept the game closer, something the Ravens are much better at than the Texans.

No doubt the Ravens are 10 fold a better defense than the Texans and I think that is what will keep the scoring on more of a level playing field.

As for the Falcons, I think the 49ers will explode the Falcons secondary, they showed a huge weakness in the middle with the Seattle game, I think the 49ers will take advantage of that, if Gore gets in the secondary as well it could be a long night for Atlanta, Gore is much faster to the hole than Lynch but Atlanta has a very very good run defense so it depends on how well the line does opening holes.

I am going with Ravens, a little sweet revenge from a game I am sure they remember all to well, now loaded with a new more productive offense I think will give the Pats their ticket home, at home.

I too am going with the 49ers, they are on a tremendous high from handing a healthy Packers team a butt whoopin, I think they get the job done in Atlanta.

Yes Glenn, we bow to you oh mighty one LOL !!!

Great job with your pics this season, and congrats on a great Seahawks run, I really thought they were going to pull it out there at the end and keep moving forward, just one time out call away from victory.

So who are you going with this weekend?

Man these playoff games have been great so far. Can't wait to see both this weekend. The NFC is a tough call it could go either way depending on who shows up to play. I know ATL can score, their Def did ok for the first half, but Wilson threw for almost 400 yards, they face a similar QB this week, but with what I think better TE, RB, and WRs than seattle. I am kinda leaning to SF because they look stronger on paper. Turner isn't getting 90 yds this week putting the ball in Ryans hand something we all dunno if he can handle. AFC is an easy call for me, RAVENS. I think they go up there and put up more Offense than NE Def can handle. We always played them close the last 3 seasons. I think the new O scheme will give us the edge.

So who are you going with this weekend?

The texans defense this year was actually ranked way ahead of the Ravens D, and the Pats didnt really suffer any injuries, Gronk reinjured his arm, but he's been out for most of the season anyways. I don't think this will be an easy game for either team, but the Pats have homefield and I predict a 10 point win fro them. in the NFC, I'm still sticking with the Niners, I don't care here Atlanta plays, home or away, they just arent tough enough to win, the niners will hurt them.

I new the Broncos had lost when they kneeled with 35 seconds left and time outs.  What were they thinking.  You have Payton Manning on your team.

I was hoping for Broncos vs Seattle so we could have a Roadwarrior VS Glenn.

Deaknh03,

Woodhead left with what they said was a thumb injury and did not return, I don't know about you but thats one player that I would consider a stong part of my offense, I don't remember the cat's name that stepped in for him but he did very well.

Look at the Texans defense down the stretch, look at the players that were out on Baltimore's defense for almost the whole season, I think that is why the numbers were in favor of Texan's defense.

I think it's going to be closer than the ten you give and a much tougher game than what you may be thinking.

Nice thought, but just was not ment to be, I thought that Denver had the game until their 2ndary fell asleep, it was not the kneel down that cost them the game it was their defense vs. Baltimore's new offense.

I honestly think Peyton may have been a little to overconfident in the last moments but I never would have taken a knee with a chance to strike like he had.

49ers will take it all.

LOL !!!

We have an early prediction DING DING DING DING !!!

I think you stand a very good chance of that sir !!!

I like the way the niners are playing for sure.  Atlanta, who knows really.  They probably have the most offensive talent out there of the teams that are left.  I also think that win released a ton of pressure off Ryan so hopefully he can relax and just play football.

I do like the niners though,  By them putting the option in the gameplan land being uber succesful last week it is going to create a lot more for atlanta to prepare for in thise week's practice.

Baltimore, not sure what to think other than i hope they win and knock out the patriots.  I wouldn't even be that upset if Brady was knocked out of the game early :)  I also agree that this game is going to be a whole lot closer than people think.  The patriots have a way of intimidating teams but i don't think the Ravens care about that mess.  They go out and play football and they play hard.

Gonna be some good games for sure.

I don't think the cheatriots will blow out Baltimore though.

So now here are my official straight up picks: Patriots (even though i want the Texans to win)

If the patriots weren't confirmed cheaters I would put Brady higher but they are so it negates a lot of success, much like roid heads in baseball.

They have had the advantage of playing in very weak divisions too.

So what you're saying here is -  you're a Big Patriots Fan and plan on attending the Super Bowl  Victory parade through the streets of Boston in February . . . . . . . .Me too.
