Traveler2586 Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Does the boat have an ID plate on the transom or some place on the hull? Quote
jets33 Posted September 30, 2012 Author Posted September 30, 2012 i could not make out all that it says all i could make out is 3 person 1000 pounds Quote
Traveler2586 Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 I think that's the capacity sticker, the ID plate should be metal with the boats serial number stamped into it, that should also give the manufactures info. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted October 1, 2012 BassResource.com Administrator Posted October 1, 2012 Might be a Terry boat, mid- to late-70's perhaps. Quote

Boy, that's before my time Bass fishing wise that is..... do you guys believe it is worth keeping and trying to put a front deck on Don't think we could tell you without a ton of pic's, and even then it would only be an assumption, but for $150. it's something you can play with and who knows you may have a keeper there. Super User Long Mike Posted October 1, 2012 Super User Posted October 1, 2012 My first question would be "Do you have the Titles to the boat , motor, and trailer?" If not, walk away from it. My second question would be "Will the motor start?" If so, it's worth the $150. The way the boat is laid out, you don't need a deck on it. Assuming it floats and the gas motor starts, all you need is to clean it up and to mount a trolling motor on the bow. I'm simplyfing things when I say clean it up. Quote
