I hear that - I did a few tours on "The Men"s" boat myself.

They don't make them like that any more.

Never actually seen that happen, wow. Before I broke my back was being considered for a position at Hatteras to run the at that time new 47 footer. Did u ever coxn that boat? I was medically retired in 94

My wife did, I did not.

By the time the 47's came out I was E-7 and doing Sar controller, and then Ready for Ops - retired in 07.

I've been U/W on many, still prefer the 44 - slower but reliable - cables not elctronics.
