bweave09 Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 I saw a jig head that they called a shaky head but it looks like something that I could use for different techniques. I'm pretty sure its called a Flippin Shakey Head but im not 100% sure. It was on ebay and seemed like a good way to swim a worm. Can anyone help me find these please? AHHHH I wish I bought them when I saw them!! > Quote
bweave09 Posted February 18, 2010 Author Posted February 18, 2010 Nevermind I found them...Mac Daddy Flip-N-Shakey Head. soccplayer07 Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 looks like other shaky jigs to me. Quote
Super User Dan: Posted February 18, 2010 Super User Posted February 18, 2010 looks similar to a Fin-Tech Title Shot jig Quote
bweave09 Posted February 18, 2010 Author Posted February 18, 2010 O ya, I guess it was the angle it was at made me think it would swim better. O well Quote
A-Rob Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 The difference I see is that it is more of an EWG hook instead of a straight shank hook (with a 60degree angle like a normal plain shaky jig) So when you rig this guy up of yours, I think it'll be more like a texas rig with the flat end of the hook sitting on top of the worm/tube/whatever? I find the straight shanks just poke into the body of the plastic. Just what I've found, I had a couple jigs that were like the flippin what you found and that was the difference I noticed, the hook stuck out and laid flat. It seems like a hook with a keeper and the bullet sinker all in one. Quote
Super User Bassin_Fin@tic Posted February 19, 2010 Super User Posted February 19, 2010 These are a nice shape with an extra wide gap hook which holds bulkier baits.Great for that kind of presentation. http://www.setthehook.ca/falcon_lures_1.html I can't post the link from where I actually got mine though.... : Quote
Super User Catt Posted February 19, 2010 Super User Posted February 19, 2010 looks similar to a Fin-Tech Title Shot jig I may just be a dumb Cajun but there doesn't look like much room between the hook point & the bait keeper! Quote
