Hey all!! I just wanted to show off this nice Largemouth I caught two days ago. I caught it throwing a frog up into the shallows in a local lake here in Virginia. It pulled me half way across the lake in my kayak before I got it in, and man was it fun!! It weighed in at 6lb 8oz. My personal best here in Virginia!! I'd have to agree with many of the posts lately,... the fall bite is for sure on..

I know what you mean about a nice fish pulling you around. I fished from a 'belly boat' (inner tube) for a few years and It only took a fish of three or four pounds to get me tubing accross the water. :) Nice fish. Congrats

Thanks all!! I caught it on a black Zoom Horny Toad, my favorite lure ever.. Nothing beats a the sound and excitement of a big bass hitting on topwater.. I love it so much!

Great Job. Kayak bassin' on small waters= big ol' lunkers.

Looks like you might have had the place mostly to yourself.
