Anyone wear the "pro style" long sleeve shirts with the stand up collar and zippered front?

If so where did you get it?

I've allways worn the Columbia button down with the open ventilated flap but would like to try one of the "pro style".

They look more comfortable.

Thanks

Mike

You can get them online and they aren't nearly as comfortable as a T-shirt. They're much heavier and hotter.

Ok Thanks.

Just wondering

I actually find them more comfortable than t-shirts because they don't bind or cling to you. They're nice and roomy, plus they don't wrinkle. Just wash-n-wear.

Maybe it is just matter of the material? Cotton is nice when it is clean and dry, but once you get sweaty then synthetic material or nylon is better because they wick the moisture out and you feel dry. Many exercise clothing and hiking/outdoor clothing are of these types of material. (And they don't look funny lol)

Beyond the style of the fishing shirt you should be concern about the SPF protection rating.

I use Sun Days SPF 30 long sleeve fishing shirts, not sure if they make the pro style.

I've worn our tournament shirts in 90+ degree days, all day long, without so much as getting a tan underneath.

I don't sweat real bad bad so t-shirts don't cling to me very much but the tournament jerseys just feel heavy and uncomfortable. Since I'm not fishing tournys anymore I don't really have to worry about it though :)
