GoneFishi'n Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 Went out the same lake I did last weekend and caught 3 bass. First two were my first bass on a baitcaster which was really cool but the first one was only like a pound so I didn't take a pic haha. And the second one was about 2 pounds I guess. Then I caught probably about a 3 pounder. Still need to get an digital scale lol. Getting one next weekend along with some more braid for my BC. Had about an 5 maybe 6 pounder and fought him for a good 10 seconds and my frog just popped out of his/her mouth. Going out in about 3 hours with my dad in are geno. Should be fun. Will post are catches. If I don't post anymore fish today it is because we didn't go today and will go tomorrow morning. These were caught on a frog. Have a good day. Second one. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Third one. Sorry about the bad angles. Took quick photos to release them. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Quote
Super User AK-Jax86 Posted September 8, 2012 Super User Posted September 8, 2012 Nice fish the worst is when you are fighting a fish and then you lose the fish and your lure! Quote
GoneFishi'n Posted September 8, 2012 Author Posted September 8, 2012 Yeah lol. Happend to me twice with two live targets lol. 20 bucks gone haha. What sucked is when they jumped out of the water and I could see that they were hawgs to. Fixed that problem though now I tie the palomar knot that gene posted it and works wonders. Havent lost a lure yet. Quote

GoneFishi'n Posted September 9, 2012 Author Posted September 9, 2012 Thanks. I caught a nice 3 1/2 pounder yesterday and one maybe 3 pounds, and the other only 1 1/2 lol. Will post pictures later. Caught nothing toady but my dad caught 2 tiny ones haha. The cold air this morning either put the fish down or the fishing just isn't good during the morning hours to around 3:00. Maybe with the sun being up. Going out around 5:30 to bank fish and we'll see how that goes. Quote
