Fat-G Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 I bought a pack today and love 'em already. They just look like they catch fish. I think I have found my new jig trailers. They are bulky and perfectly fit jigs. They also probably do well flipping and pitching. And, they're cheap! Anyone else use them? Quote
Avalonjohn44 Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 I use them when I'm getting small fish on the baby brush hogs. The slightly heftier profile seems to put off some of the dinks. I wish they would come out with more colors for them... Quote
flippin and pitchin Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Oh yeah, Before I started with the beaver bait craze this was a staple. It's a great pitchin bait when the water is cool and the fish want the bait falling. I won my first tounament with this bait so it's special in a way. You will love them. Quote
Blade-Runner Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 I love Super Hogs. Particularly June Bug. Quote
Fat-G Posted February 14, 2010 Author Posted February 14, 2010 I wanted a bait that was still bulky all they way up the hook for when the jig skirt fanned out underwater. This is exactly it. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 14, 2010 Super User Posted February 14, 2010 Buy some Rage Hawgs, they have better action. http://www.ragetail.com/RageHawg.html 8-) Quote
SkilletSizeBass. Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 I guess I've just overlooked them, I'll check them out my next trip to BPS, I go at least once or twice a week. I did pick up some Zoom super swim flukes my last trip. I also want to take a closer look at the Strike king rage smokin rooster that RW talked about earlier in another post, they look sweet. Quote
Eternal Angler Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Had a pack in my box, tried them a few times but really never caught much. Quote
