Super User Crestliner2008 Posted August 28, 2012 Super User Posted August 28, 2012 Trilene XL has stood the test of time - and fish! However, about the only time I use it nowadays is when I'm panfishing. Much better lines are designed today to step up to the challenge of various bass fishing techniques. JMO. Quote
TNBassin' Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 I like Trilene XL over Stren. I use 8# Stren on my spinning reel, yet 12# XL on my Revo SX and the Trilene is much better in all aspects. Especially line memory and limpness. I treat all my line with KVD LnL and it helps both brands quite a bit. Quote
