What Are The Effects Of The Drought On Texas Fishing?

As the title states, i was curious as to what this drought has done to lakes. While the water levels must be a lot lower, are there any major kill-offs or launching problems? I am considering moving to Dallas in the future and want to know what to expect. Are the lakes still fishable? Any info will be great!
