Went out like I normally do fished from about 645 to 8. Caught this one at 745 am on a weightless trick worm in baitfish. She measured 20.5 inches and was just a hair under 4 pounds at 3.9

But I was home because my oldest and wife had to do his kindergarten orientation. So I went fishing again, took the little ones to the pond by our house caught some bluegills, Nate likes to call them bass.

They had fun and in about 15 minutes they were done, which was no biggie since it was across the street LOL

Nice fish MCS! Looks like the kids had fun catching them bluegills....

Is that pond where you caught the bass over on bartum? Is there like a little man made wooden bridge at the end of the pond and the pond wraps around the whole development in a U shape? If not you should probably check that one out it looks like it holds some nice fish like the one you caught. I drove in there with my girlfriend last weekend around 7pm ish and I notice a lot of fish hitting bugs on top of the water, from the looks of the strikes it looked like bass. When I go by there again I will tell you the name of the development incase you want to check it out.

Thanks guys. It was a lot of fun today.

AK, I dunno if it is the same place this has 2 ponds. One in the middle and on on the end. It is a weird spot the only place my baitfish or blue holo senkos work. Been fishing for 2 months and the best before was 2 something. There are a ton of big grass carp. It is the first or second complex down from publix.
