Anyone use these for punching and if what is your opinion. I was debating trying them out, but I would hate to have them come off the hook.

I just bought some 1oz and 3/4oz but I haven’t had a chance to use them yet. I'm also curious if anyone has some feedback. A-Jay posted a few weeks ago about his "home brew" punching set up it was similar to the War Heads.
