Just heard of this mojo rig this morning, can someone explain to me how to use it, it's tackle needed, and maybe a video, any help is great!

Glenn May has a video or two about it. Check Youtube or the site archives. Sub to his channel (Bassresource) while you're at it, he has some GREAT videos about a number of topics.
