Weapon X Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 I was looking on Tackle Warehouse's website and noticed they have a variety of Japanese lures. I was looking into the soft plastics because that's my favorite way to fish . While surfing their site I saw a hard bodied swimbait called Romans I think which retailed at over 500.00 ! Anyone ever tried the soft plastic line of Japanese lures and if so which would you recommend ? The 500.00 lure was just so amazing due to the cost I had to mention it...can't see paying that much for one lure when I could buy dozens of lures for that amount of money. Just my opinion . Quote
The Young Gun Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Me and my buddy being 15 bought 100lures for 70$ from a Japanese warehouse.. It's really a hit or miss, some of the lures I'm in love with, others are worth absolutely nothing.. Gary Yamamoto crankbaits are 20$ when a KVD is 6$ and they both do and look and swim the same. If buying from an unknown source, just pretty much hope it's what you want! And read the specs hardcore because some might not be scented plastics or might be duds. Quote
