Lake Rooty Richmond Va

Has anyone had any luck at Rooty this year, if one more person tells me i should have been here 5 years ago we were pulling in 5 pounders all day. i have had fair success, but yet to catch anything over 2 pounds.

The best luck I have had there this year is right when the sun starts going down

I have caught some decent fish there this yr. but nothing over 4lbs.

I caught some in 2-3 pound range using a spinnerbait

Anyone been out to Lake Rooty recently? I am going to check it out this week.
