Diggy Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 still looking to catch one at some point in my life...its on my fish bucket list Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted July 12, 2012 Super User Posted July 12, 2012 It might be the angle or lighting condition, but the snook looks a little dark for inlet snook. Did you get'em further up the intracoastal? 10 cudas? WOW! That must have been your lucky day. I've heard you say you might go a week or two without getting any. I was at X-generation tackle shop in Lantana the other day and thought about you when I saw a mess of different colored cuda tubes hanging from the wall. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted July 12, 2012 Author Super User Posted July 12, 2012 That snook was caught on the south side about 1/2 between the bridge and back sea wall. No big cudas this week but they smaller ones have been there every morning, we have been using live bait to catch them. Quite often we can easily go days or weeks without hooking up with a tube, but when they hit a tube, they are big. I want to go to Hobe sound or Juno, but the weather has been to calm, I've got a spot at Jupiter inlet that might be dynamite from shore. I've been at the B. inlet everday......no snook the last 2 days, leaving in a few minutes. Quote
