A Trickworm on a shakyhead is a go-to deep water bait for me. I can at times catch more on a Zoom finesse worm, but the quality is almost always better with a Trickworm.

I split shot my Trick Worm nose hooked with a size 2 Owner Mosquito Hook using a Shimano 7'-2" dropshot rod Stradic 2500I and 8lb Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultrasoft. i usually get bites on the initial fall.

Senkos - Texas, Wacky, Shaky Head, Drop Shot, Carolina-Rig. No weight for Texas and Wacky. For Texas, expand to hooking Senko backwards. Try green pumpkin with black flake, watermealon with black flake and Junebug. Go to https://store.baits.com/catalog/2011_gycbcatalog.pdf and check out the colors. Go to http://www.insideline.net/articles/gary-senko.html to read how Gary says to fish his Senko.

Trick Worms - Topwater Texas rigged, Wacky, Shaky Head, Drop Shot, Carolina-Rig. With our without a bullet weight. Use spinning gear for all but Carolina-Rig. White and pink are very good colors and you can see when the bass take them.

Fish them like a topwater or about a foot under the surface and then use them for your Shaky Head presentations.

Senkos come in 3, 4 and 5-inch styles. Pick the ones you would like to throw. Dinks will hit 5-inch Senkos.

Once upon a time Roadrunner posted his favorite Senko colors. Here they are: 021, 187, 194, 208, 297, 301 and 157. I keep it simple and throw 297 the most.

If you are on Facebook look up Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits and receive his posts.

Senkos rock!!!!
