They'll probably catch a few fish but I doubt they'd be your best option. I've seen solid black be deadly in clear water so I'm sure black/chart would work.

You can't go wrong with Junebug in any clarity of water with grass

My home lake is very clear, so using dark colors like junebug are conditional. It needs to be dawn or dusk and for about an hour, the junebug color is the best one in my box.

Overcast days are just ok for june bug, but something about the low angle of the sun, that gives off that purple sky look, is the ticket.

Try anything close to red bug or red shad. Your normal green pumpkins and such will work as well.

shades of green pumpkin and watermelon seem to be the best for my crystal clear water, My favorite murky water lure however is a black and chartreuse jig with a junebug pitboss on the back.

Black and Chart. is a great stained water color. Works very well on a certain big river you fish. Junebug works anywhere, but I like a color close to the Berkley Blue Fleck over standard Junebug.

Junebug is one of my go-to colors for jigs and plastics, but I have had ZERO luck with junebug in super clear water. Greens seem to work best. Watermelon, watermelon/red flk, watermelon/white, and green pumpkin would be my picks.
