Looking for recommendations for a tackle box. I need something that stores all of my gear; spinners, cranks, buzz baits, plastics, terminal gear, etc. Wang to store it all in one place easy for me to organize and go through. I typically pull out what I need for the trip (I am a bank fisherman ATM) and put it in some of my smaller bins. Any help would be appreciated. Also as my handle suggests money is a concern, looking for a more inexpensive model.

I can't give you a specific recommendation other than to just go out and buy something that meets your specific storage needs and your budget needs.

Since you are a bank fishing man like myself. I would invest in something like a bookbag type tackle bag. Keeps your hands free for fishing pole(s) and a GPS.

I used to fish from shore and i hated carrying an "old school" tackle box. I bought a back pack from wal mart for 10 bucks, 2 3700 plano boxes for lures like jigs and cranks and also my terminal tackle. The boxes have removeable dividers so you can make room for more than you will need bank fishing. Then i bought this tackle binder http://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shopsreg;-Tackle-Binder-or-Replacement-Pages/product/37107/71372?cmCat=CROSSSELL_THUMBNAIL and put my spinnerbaits in it. Worked PERFECT and held more than you will ever need. You could put anything that will fit in there really and it is small so it will fit in the front small pocket of a backpack. Then used all the other side pockets and any unused room for packs of plastics, extra line, pliers etc. All in one backpack. All for under 30 bucks. Matter of fact when i go pond hopping every once in a while this is what i use. Good luck!

I use an older style turkey vest with big pockets. I can easily carry five or six 3600 I believe and a 3700 or two in the back pouch. In the snall front pockets I keep my bags of worms and spinner/buzz baits.

I'm also a bank fisherman and I recently bought the Tackle Warehouse backpack and it is awesome. It can hold 3 3700 size boxes, a smaller 3600, has a built in worm binder, and has tons of pockets for other stuff like glasses, pliers, water bottles, phone, etc...

Thanks guys. I found one of my old backpacks and am going to use it with the 3700's I have for now until I can save up to buy the bag from tackle warehouse.

I am a avid bank fisherman. I use a bag by Spiderwire that I am able to carry everything but the kitchen sink in. Available at Dicks. Check it out, Im sure you will like it too.

For the ultimate in inexpensive bank fishing tackle containers go to the good will store and look for the biggest women's purse you can find. Back in my youth I found one that would hold 2 370 size boxes, several smaller boxes and a dozen jars of pork bait. As an added plus in was in a black/lime green zebra print. If you're looking for a cheap tackle bag that you absolutely don't care if you trash up, the good will store is the place to look.

I bought a nice bag that could hold 4 3600 planos a good while back, after screwing around with it all for a few months I went to my backpack ive had since 9th grade and never looked back. All that weight on one shoulder as opposed to two is just plain uncomfortable.
