Finishing nail Worm??

I've heard of people fishing a worm backwards with a Finishing Nail in the head.  Just wondering if you could do the same with a Lizard.  And has anyone done this with any luck.  Might try it this weekend,  especially with the spawning fixin to go on.

 I've seen where it was done with a Zoom Worm DR. (a floating worm) nail in the tail to get it to stand up off the bottom. Never talked myself into it...
