mod479 Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 I use the gulp crayfish spray on alot of my soft plastics, it might not attract them...but it might mask some human scents. Quote
danderson05 Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 i am just wondering why n i g h t crawler is censored out? Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted June 20, 2012 Super User Posted June 20, 2012 Don't know...But you're in the wrong section so your post has been moved. Quote
Squid4 Posted June 21, 2012 Author Posted June 21, 2012 Not sure why the beginning of the word was censored out. I tried editing the post a few times to correct but it still put the asteriks in. Anyway, i am hoping to try out the attractant this weekend. Will post something on it when i get back from my trip. Quote
Addicted to Smallies Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 I don't think it attracts fish necessarily, but it definitely helps mask human odor and may make them stay on a bit longer. I view the spray as an added precaution, much like I use Dead Down Wind for my hunting gear... it can't hurt, and it may help, so $8 is probably a good investment. Quote
Super User Sam Posted June 21, 2012 Super User Posted June 21, 2012 Catfish love Gulp! Give it a try and see what happens. Quote
BassThumb Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 If gone through a couple bottles, and I don't think they're very effective at all. Gulp attractant doesn't seem to stay on the bait for very long. There are better alternatives. Quote
MrSwimJig Posted June 23, 2012 Posted June 23, 2012 The only scent I use is either Megastrikes's or JJ's. Never tried any of the Gulp products. Quote
