Maico1 Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 Deps Buffalo and Buzzjet Jr. are some of my favorite topwaters.......Buzzjets work their best with a slow steady retrieve,you will be able to tell by the buzzing they make.(sort of like in the zone). Colors that work may vary but for me....Purple Gill,Amagaeru and Mossback Shiner....Buffalo again a slow steady retrieve...colors Green Coach Dog, White Tiger, Chartreuse Gill and Midnight....Did I say SMB love the Buzzjet Jr. in Bone ..Hot Gill...... PineappleWater Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 I love using the 3" buzzjet also. pretty much the action is what catches the fish imo. The color I use is: real blue gill,jet black,and bone bass and ghost minnow in a 4". At 25.00 per lure I don't have much of them but they do catch fish and I use them pretty often in the summer!
