I broke a rod in transport to the RoadTrip at Guntersville in April.

The following week I contacted the Service Department at St. Croix

to replace an original Legend Elite. The series has been updated

at least three times since my old rod was built.

My new rod is a LES70MF which cost $85 all in ($75 for replacement,

$10 Fed Ex). There was a bit of delay simply because this rod is brand

spanking new from the builders. So, yesterday it arrived!
