I'm looking for a stand up jig, does the arkie style do this. by stand up i mean when it settles to the bottom will it lay on its back at an angle that makes the trailer look like its in the defensive position. thanks!

thanks for the advice guys, this is what i am currently using, but i want to get into making my own jigs so i am looking for a style that they sell a mold for. I tried to cast my own mold out of plaster of paris of the megastrike jig and failed on multiple attempts, i came out with one jig that is usable and thats what brought me here...

Use a trailer without salt and the claws will float, no need for a special jighead.

X3.

Also, stick a Strike King 3X or Z-Man trailer on any jig and it will float up to some extent.

This isn't exactly the same, but as an option:

I like using a shakey head jig/hook. I use a bass pro football head one as I find lateral points keep it from rolling to the side. Instead of the typical worm, throw a craw on it. It will stand the craw up for ya and the arms will flutter.

Just as an option to the normal jig/pig.

Good luck bro!
