what type of line do you all pitch and flip with? i have recently just changed to 20pound florocarbon and was started to think if it might be to big.. (going from 15-17 mono) let me know what you all think

20# Seagar for soft plastics and 50# braid for jigs

I love FC but I also make long casts and find it to be too stretchy.

20lb invis X or Red Label unless I'm in heavy weeds then I'll go to 65lb braid.

16-20# sunline sniper and 50# sunline fx2 braid or power pro. you have to remember that most fluoros have a smaller diameter than mono so its usually not to big.

30# Braid in heavy weeds, I think it cuts weeds better I found the heavier Braid I went the more it didn't cut the weeds, in open areas with little weeds like around docks I add a 6-8' 20# fluorocarbon leader.

I fish grass so I go 65# braid

But I do switch to 20# FC when the grass hasn't grown up or died off.

20# should work for ya and not be too heavy
