JJ's is killer...just keep OUTTA the house..lol

Also try Megastrike for jig, and spinnerbait skirts, I use it to keep my plastic's soft. Not as smelly as JJ's  ;)

That's easy:

Marinate your soft plastics at home, put them

back in their plastic bag and seal it tightly. JJ's

is powerful and will last indefinitely.

I prefer to dip as I need it but regardless, the strongest, longest lasting scent I have used.  Permeate your bait.  ;)

Plus tackle box, boat, and yourself if your not careful. I'll never forget JJ opening some at our roadtrip in the closed dining cabin. I wonder if glenn got his deposit back. ;D

Or.......buy a package of Chompers 4" Finesse worms. OMG!!! Last time I opened a package of these bad boys, my boat reeked of garlic for hours! My partner said that if I ever use them again, I'll be fishing solo! And the smallies loved 'em too!  ;)

I raise my own garlic.. smash it up good and put a tablespoon in each bag of plastics..... Hard to keep from eating them myself

6mile. You're someone I can relate to! I was wondering about all these folks talking about 'stink' and room deposits, etc.  ;)

*** makes these little pills that you put in the tube before the hook. I have never smelt anything as strong as these. I pierced one at my mother in laws house and it smelt for a month!!!! For all the tube guys on here check em out... but be carefull!!!

That's what I have...note, don't dip any X3 soft baits..they will bleed, my clear now has a red tint from the red shad worms.. ;D

IMO, JJ's is the best there is and the scent remains strong longer than any of the others.

JJ Magic, I put some on plastics at the beginning of the season. Put that plastic back in trhe bag. When I was sorting out things for the winter all the baits were scented Garlic. Now that is long lasting.

This past Fall, I broke off a Smallie I had hooked on a tube dipped in JJ's Magic. 2 days later, my son caught

that fish still wearing my jig and tube...the tube still smelled strongly of JJ's Magic. Amazing stuff!

Punisher makes a scent called fish dope.  I use it on my flies when I am fishing the float and fly in the winter.  I have flies in my box that still have it on them from last year.  It;s not a spray it has petroleum jelly feel too it.  It works good and last a loooooonnnnngggg time.

I think Chompers makes the best garlic scent, but I haven't tried all the others mentioned here.  I know when you get that spray scent on your boat carpet you'll smell it next week in your shed.

we opened some JJ's at a fishing team meeting and our president got choked up and couldnt stop coughing...that stuff is potent

JJ's Is the strongest I've smelled so far.I can't fathom anything else smelling much stronger.

I've lost 2 shirts due to accidentally staining them.

JJ's is definitely the most potent but can ruin clothes and sense of smell. Chompers garlic is also pretty strong but does not carry a HAZ-MAT warning on the label. Lasts pretty long too. (not as long as JJ's)
