Inexpensive Frog Rod?

So I fish a lot of spots where you flip and pitch AND throw frogs. Right now I have a 7'6" Phenix Recon and it's awesome for everything above. BUT I sort of hate re-tying snelled T-rigs and frogs back and forth throughout a trip. So I am looking for inexpensive rods to use for Frogs only. I am looking at everything from 7'6" H Berkley Lightning rods to Abu Vengance (same size) and the Powell Diesel (same size)... Basically keep it cheap. Anyone out there with Frog experience with one of these or similar rods. I like a softer tip (Not a pool que) for frogs (recon and carrot stick LTX heavy's feel perfect). Any advice/tips would be appreciated. I'll be using either a spare Citica or PQ with 50lb braid as a reel.

I have used the Lightning Shocks, but lately been using the Shimano Sellus rods. To be honest they are not that bad, I rather like the way they feel. I have one for my Curado 200E7 that has braid, and one for my Chronarch 200E7 that has Yozuri.

I use a lightning rod with a PQ and 65lb braid. Works fine and if it breaks, I'm not going to throw up.

They make the Sellus for Froggin, Worm and Jig, Topwater, Cranking, and Spinnerbait. I have the Topwater, Worm and Jig, and Froggin. I like them.

My frog rod history goes like this, the first rod I had dedicated to toss frogs on was a 7' H/ Fast St Croix Premier............hated it. Next was a Fenwick HMX 7' H, I loved that rod, but I broke it and Fenwick dosen't make it any more. Replaced it with a 7' H Kistler "Jig and Toad", was a good GP frog rod, but like most all the other Kistlers I have owned it started falling apart. Sold it and finished the season last year frogging with my 7' MH/Fast St Croix Avid, or my 7' MH/Fast St Croix Legend Tournament. Both are more power full than the H rated Kistler and Fenwick. And they worked fine, but I frog alot, and those rods are used for other things, so I "needed" a new frog rod. This winter I bought a couple Berkley Lightning rod Shocks to use as "toss in the truck/pond fishing/loaner rods" I have had them in the boat ever since I bought them, and have been using the 7' MH as a frog rod.............and I like it alot, has plenty of power, nice tip too. It can sling frogs a mile and the slower action combined with 50 lb braid I use for frogging has been great for not yanking the frog away from the fish. I am keeping it in the boat as my frog rod for now. I have also used it in some pretty heavy nasty matted stuff and it was more than enough rod to get the fish up and out. Now I can have "feel" baits tied on the Avid and Legend Tournament full time again.

I like my Dick's Field&Stream IM7 MH 7' better than anything else I own for frogs.

Don't laugh but the Quantum Energy PT 7'6" H telescopic handles frogs really well and makes a great flipping stick. I know because my friend has that rod and it is hard to believe that it is less than 100 bucks as it not only looks good but it has a lot of feel, if I come across some extra cash I may get one myself.
