Super User islandbass Posted December 16, 2009 Super User Posted December 16, 2009 Sammies and Spooks are awesome, but I am shocked that after these many posts the rapala skitter walk hasn't received any love. ;D Quote
Super User Gone_Phishin Posted December 16, 2009 Super User Posted December 16, 2009 does anyone know where to purchase the wooden Sammy? Here you go: http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=lucky+craft+wood+sammy&_sacat=0&_trksid=p3286.m270.l1313&_odkw=lucky+craft+wooden+sammy&_osacat=0 Another good bait is the Sum Lures Fat Sum: http://www.sumlures.co.jp/world/us/us_fs.html Thanks T-rig. 8-) Have you fished the wooden Sammy? Randall Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 The bowstick is a good bait. It has a side to side glide to it more than a walk. I can turn it to get the action just by turning the reel handle and changing speeds. Much easier on the wrist. Quote
Super User Gone_Phishin Posted December 16, 2009 Super User Posted December 16, 2009 Have you fished the wooden Sammy? No I haven't, but I'm sure it will catch fish. Me too. 8-) I've been itching to buy one for awhile. It's winter here so I have plenty of time to try to find a deal on one. Quote
Sinjin Kim Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 R.I. Vixen (both sizes). The single tungsten knocker in the head makes a distinct sound and in my case has helped catch more fish. Quote
Super User Bassin_Fin@tic Posted December 16, 2009 Super User Posted December 16, 2009 Wow! Nice fish Sinjin! 8-) Quote
