gar-tracker Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 Thanks Fishin Cowgirl, Its past the deadline the you think we can still send it in. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted May 8, 2012 Super User Posted May 8, 2012 Registration form says you can sign up at day of tournament, but cash only. I might fish but its going to be hotter than heck. What time is weigh in? Quote
chobee Posted May 8, 2012 Author Posted May 8, 2012 I don't think I can make it to Toho. I was hoping in was on Okeechobee again this year but Toho is a better choice with the water level what it is on Okeechobee Quote
Fishing Cowgirl Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 You can still send it in, deadline is June 8th for mail in. I'm sending mine in this payday. "Single entrant’s registration is $75.00, 100% of which is refundable if not matched with a partner. Teams may register at the tournament until 4 a.m., June 18,Teams that sign up on tournament day must pay cash. Checks are acceptable through June 8th. Rules may be obtained from the website. Quote
Fishing Cowgirl Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 It would fun if some of us could get together one evening. These are some pretty good restraurants, that are within 7 miles of the Host hotel. http://www.tripadvis...ud_Florida.html (This located on Lakeshore at the East Lake Toho marina) http://www.tripadvis...ud_Florida.html This one is on the main drag (192/East Irlo Bronson Mem Hwy/!3th street. All same road-different name). Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted May 8, 2012 Super User Posted May 8, 2012 FC, Do you know what time weigh-in is? I am quite the infant when it comes to fishing ALL day in the blistering heat that is ALWAYS present in June. A lot of tournaments don't go past 1 or 2 in the summer because it's harder keeping the fish healthy from the heat. Quote
Fishing Cowgirl Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 I know they have the option to weigh in early if you have concerns over the fish care or for yourself with the heat. I'll e-mail Tony and see. note to self < get more "please release me" and hydrogen peroxide for the boat. Quote
topwaterrob Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 The host hotel looks like some sort of water park & I verified they have ammenities to charge the boats..... Quote
gar-tracker Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Theres tons of places to stay, I spoke with Tony hes doing his best to get it more organized this year. I know a couple of guys are fishing the Extreme on the same day, hes trying to check if they can fish both, the weigh ins at the same location. so that shouldn't be a problem they do it all the time at Toho. My Buddy ( a retired LEO) lives up there on the west side of the lake, hes going to have a full house that weekend. Quote
1234567 Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 I have to defend my Gold. Good lord that shorter fish is a chunker!!!!!! Quote
