I've had good look with the Booyah's(slightly modified). Clacker or not doesnt seem to matter right now. The only reason I am using them is because they were available when I went looking for a buzzbait. I will most likely try a cavitron soon, but not until i loose my current supply of these.

Cavitrons.

Add a trailer hook and your hook up ratio will improve greatly.

Whatever it is about a cavitron...i dono but there's SOMETHING...Also a good one is the Revenge buzzbait...high quality...i like that they offer a 1/4 oz. version for a nice slow reel w hen i need/want it. Buzzbait can really produce some HUGE stringers in the right situations and times of year (NOW)...As Bluebasser86 has demonstrated via picture! :eyebrows:

They all work, but the best ones seem to be a bit squeakier than the others. Maybe 1 in 5 is great from the get go...others need a few mods to make them louder. Take the rivet off, file a notch in it...add a bead in front of the blade if it doesnt have one already. Enlarge the holes on the blade. Reinstall the rivet and crimp it. Paint the rivet flourescent orange or red. Add a trailer hook if your not fishing in serious junk.

Lunker Lure... this buzzbait draws big strikes!!!! Also, the tornado spinnerbait at BPS can be half hitched and is a deadly buzzbait...
