I know it will be tough, but don't try to come back before your rehab is complete, even if your shoulder is feeling fine. I know a lot of people who have re-injured their shoulders because they thought they were good to go even though their docs told them they weren't.

CoBass you're preaching to the choir This is the third time I'm getting my rotator cuff done. I first injured it in high school playing baseball and I never really gave it the proper time to heal back then and now I'm paying for it. I re-injured it playing slow pitch softball a couple weekends ago after turning a double play and throwing the ball back to the pitcher

Sorry to hear that, I had a partial tear of my rotator cuff when I was 19, very painful. At least you get the quality time with the family, the bass will be waiting for you.

I hear that. Two weeks after I was released from the Dr. the pain was getting less and I had full mobility back in my arm. I forgot to take it easy and started doing regular stuff again. Torn my shoulder up almost the way as the first time.
