NEjitterbugger Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Nice Nev! Your still on them... Quote
Nashua Nev Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 I will try again wed and sat/sunday depending on the weather. at 20 degrees i get cold after sitting in the canoe less than an hour, and i am starting to have to break ice on the surface to cast at the small ponds where the water is not moving much. The rivers are no problem for ice though. Might try up to Lincoln pond sunday. Just depends on the temps and weather. Sunday i had problems early with the line freezing up and the guides filling with ice. Quote
nhbassin Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 Im impressived Nev! November 1st is the latest in the year I have caught a NH bass that wasn't from the powerplant. If I dont head down to New Jersey for some stripers on Friday, I will be trying for some bass in the Concord area once the day warms up a bit. Ill post if I get anything good. 1 Quote

Nashua Nev Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 With this cold cold coming for the next week or so , the water may be getting a little hard except for the rivers. Where to go tomorrow morning? Quote
Nashua Nev Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 No fish today. Only 28 more days to get a smallmouth and largemouth for December. Realized today while talking with a buddy that i have caught atleast 1 largemouth and 1 smallmouth every month for 2012 here in NH. Started with a largemouth at the Stellos dam Nashua river then a smallmouth In the Merrimack. No fish yesterday or today. not good start to December. Hopefully i can get back out in the canoe on wed morning. All in open water, none thru the ice. Quote
NEjitterbugger Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 My next outing will be in february... North Palm Beach, fresh and saltwater, mostly saltwater though. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted December 3, 2012 Super User Posted December 3, 2012 Hey, you should go snakehead fishing while you're down there. All you need is Rage Toads, braided line, high speed reel. Good times! Quote
NEjitterbugger Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Where would I find those Shane? I know there is a freshwater canal type of thing nearby, never seen anyone fishing in it though... My area is North Palm Beach... Quote
Super User Shane J Posted December 3, 2012 Super User Posted December 3, 2012 They're in all the canals, and all the lakes. Just ask someone who fishes, and they'll tell ya where to go for 'em. Have a good time! Quote

Super User Shane J Posted December 10, 2012 Super User Posted December 10, 2012 Both of those places are notorious for big fish, and great fishing. That's gonna be fun! Good luck, bud! Quote
