So late last year I was given a vintage Langley Lakecast Baitcaster and am having a hard time deciding what to do with it. I did spool it with some 10lb mono and gave it a whirl at a local pond but stopped because I just didn’t want to take the chance of ruining it. Still has all original parts, clicker switch still works and all. I hate to see it sit on a shelf but I don’t know if I want to risk breaking if. I just have a dream of landing at least one or two on it. Thoughts?
I've come across this reel in the box with the papers. I'm not into antique / vintage tackle enough to know if it's worth anything or not. Anyone with insight or a contact that may know more about it please let me know. Thanks
Anybody know the order in which millionaire models were released? I.e. 3R, 3RM, II, IV, V, etc. I know the Millionaire V was released in 1972 from a print ad I found, but that's it. Trying to find a date range for this reel in particular:
I bought a few vintage lure the other day because there was an old crazy crawler included in the bundle. This one was also in there and I can't figure out what it is! Its 2-3" long, has two propellers, and it made of wood.
Does anyone know what it is and if they're hard to find?
Thanks!

Hey guys, I went through my great grandfathers tackle box the other day, and got what lures out that hadnt been snatched up over the years and cleaned them up. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the 2nd lure down in the 2nd column is (yellow with metal flappers). Ive tried looking online and cant find anything like it.
Thanks!

Recently came across this vintage lure collection and was wondering if any of them were worth anything, rare, etc. I am new to fishing and collecting and not sure how to look these up. A lot are unmarked some say Japan and few other names. Thanks!
