  1. Alright, I'm not getting some very good responses/none at all on my other post. This one is a little more general sounding. Alright so I'm looking at a worm and jig rod. It may not be the best rod, but I'm getting a great deal on it. My question is what would be better an xfast action or fast action to use this for jigs and plastics (mostly texas rigs.) I will use it all year round and in the summer in pretty deep water 15ft+. The rod is a Shimano Clarus 6'8" med heavy xfast or fast action. Which one should i get, which will give me the best sensitivity, best visible tip detection, be the best for these applications, and not be overkill that i set the hook way too hard lol. Thanks, Zach
