  1. From the album: Double Digit

Caught on Strike King Pumpkin Seed jig
  2. From the album: Double Digit

Knew she was big, but didn't think she would get to double digits. Though she was around 9.0 - 9.5 then I put her on the scale.
  3. Yesterdays tournament was far from stellar but in the final 45 minutes I was able to salvage the day after switching to this Go-B-Gone on my drop shot rig. It’s a much larger Goby profile bait and I want to get a few more bags, but they are “Out of Production”. Does anyone have old stock or a recommendation for something similar ?
  4. Hey BR, There are SO many great Crankbait colors and in order to help anglers simplify the selection to some of the most productive colors I put together this video. Thanks for watching...JN
  5. Hey BR, Something pros don’t talk about is how effective mini reaction baits are for bass. Here is a video that I recently uploaded sharing my top 3. Thanks for watching! James N.

They should be hitting some store shelves, online etc. here pretty soon. Hopefully Siebert Outdoors will receive one of the first orders too... I'm trying to get his orders moved up the list, we'll see The differences to other swimmers out there: *More And Faster action at slower retrieve speeds. *More body action as well & RT body keeps moving at faster speeds where others only has tail action at faster speed. *We have 6 per pack on 4.75's they have 5. We have 7 3.75s where they have 6. *Our bodies have hybrid rage bug/rodent ribs where others have straight ribs. Hope you like'em!!! https://youtu.be/XC_un6to74U
  10. Discovered that DSG sells Strike King 1/2 oz lipless lures in it's "Banshee" line of Strike King made-for-DSG lures. Not every DSG in our area carries these. As a side note, I have used their "Banshee" spinnerbaits and they look pretty good; the buzzbaits are absolutely excellent on our ponds in north Georgia. Also, I've noticed that DSG has sold other house brand lures that appear to be 100% identical to the originals: the "Top Secret" line of small spinnerbaits was identical to the Booyah Pond Magic. I inspected the Banshee lipless very closely against the regular red eye shads beside them. From the oval line ties to the slightly raised gill plates, to the hooks, can't for the life of me see a difference except the package. The Banshees list price is lower (about $5) and they have a much more limited color selection - focused on the basics: red craw, sexy shad, chartreuse, and maybe a few others. Any red eye shad fans out there run a field test to compare Banshee lipless? I couldn't help but pick up a couple to do some testing for myself, but interested to hear the experiences of others.
  11. Does anyone know why the rage tail line has gone up in price? Only a few baits like the structure bug and lizard were $5.49, but now almost all the Rage tail line is going to that price.
  12. Went out yesterday morning throwing a 3/8 Green Pumpkin Strike King Jig with a SK Rage Tail Craw as a trailer. Caught a nice 2 lber on the first cast but was only able to manage one more fish after that. The fish turned off as soon as the sun came up with blue bird skies. Only issue I had was that the Rage Tail Craw continued to lose the pinchers. This is the first time I've used them. I love the action and water displacement that they give but they don't seem to be very durable. Anyone else have this same experience with them?
  13. I can't find the white ones anywhere.... Anyone know what happened- They were awesome bed tubes....
  14. From the album: Tackle

  21. Hello all, Today I went down to the local dicks to get some of my first lures. I took a keen interest in fishing last summer, when I found a small lake about 15 minutes away from my house. It is well stocked with fish (especially largemouth bass!), and I managed to last the summer with cheapo worm, tube, and creature lures. Now that summer has rolled around I decided to head to dicks and get myself some good quality lures that will be very versatile. I stuck with name brands (rapala, rebel, strike king, berkley, etc), but I want to hear some feedback and I have some questions for you guys to answer! Here is the list of the lures I got. Strike king chartreuse/white spinnerbait (d38cw-3) Strike king series 3 chartreuse sexy shad crankbait Rebel foxy mama POP-R Rapala rippin rap loud rattling chartreuse shad (rpr-5) Berkley power bait grn pumpkin 5" power shaky worm Berkley power bait plum 7" power worm (ribbon tail worm) Zoom super salt plus finesse watermelon red magic (doesn't say length but relative to the 5" I would say it is also right near 5") All paired with 8 lb clear suffix elite monofilament And for the worms I got owner offset worm wide gap 2/0 (I realized after purchase that I should have bought a 3/0 and 4/0 and not just 2/0. Oh well I can stop by for a quick hook purchase.) What are some good colors for a pretty clear lake? Does the scent on the berkley power bait ACTUALLY work? And I was curious about a finesse worm so I bought it. What exactly is it? I just wanted a very attention attracting worm (basically its tail shakes a lot when Texas and wacky rigged), but I didn't exactly know what the finesse worm was, and dicks had it in a good color so I snagged it so can you fill me in? Finally how do you think I did on the purchasings? Anything I should substitute for a different product next time? Anything "essential" I should add? Thanks, Mike
  22. That Strike King 3XD crankbait really gets the job done when it comes to Smallmouth bass fishing! Alex caught this one on St.Louis Lake, Montreal, Canada.
